How to Grow Your Business in 2021- You Need to Change!

Many entrepreneurs Maurice roussety start their own businesses in hopes of creating something extraordinary than what they end with. Most find themselves having less money to spend or working for longer periods of time than they would have if they worked for another company. The majority of the time this is due to the fact that they’re not ready to step out of their familiarity zone and make adjustments.

I’d like to share with you a story someone shared with me several years ago. Was this the school’s teacher? Maybe there’s something amiss in the school? In this case, I’d be extremely concerned.

If this had happened once and you were supportive and tell the child “Off to the next school, should you have to repeat the year, then you’ll have to repeat the entire year? Let’s ensure that we can do better this time. But what happens if they get at the end of the second year, and then tell me they needed to go back to year four?

The next time the alarm bells would start to ring. We’d begin to believe there’s other than the school or the teacher. It’s time to start worrying about it, wouldn’t you? Maybe you’d even become involved. You’d probably ask “why my child isn’t getting this knowledge? What is the reason they are struggling?” Now, imagine that this happened in the third grade. In reality, let’s say it happened so many times in a row, that they drove themselves to get to the fourth grade.

You may have a laugh at yourself because it’s crazy, right? However, this is the thing I see a lot of adults doing, and perhaps you’re doing the same thing. Have you done it again year after year, year in and year out, only to make it okay? Take a look. If you were in school, there’s a good chance that something wasn’t right. You’d know that something was not right, and you’d talk to teachers or to a teacher for help.

As adults, once students leave the school system, they are able to enter the workforce and tend not to focus on finishing every year. The primary reason is due to the absence of an exam at the end of the year. Maurice roussety When we are adults we are prone to get trapped in our comfort zones and once we’re in our comfort zone, we tend to remain in the same spot where we were but we don’t really progress. Our finances won’t grow, our lives won’t get better, or our relationships don’t get better. We are stuck. When we meet a glass ceiling, you may not be aware of it, but it’s there, and it prevents you from growing.

This is why I am going to encourage you to finish your education. What I mean is that if you were to spend the remainder of your life, being assessed and judged as you did in school. How would you see on the scorecards at the conclusion of the year? What are the things you would need to be able to do with an A or higher to be successful?

This is the thing you have to do if you wish to achieve success. Nobody will make you accountable in adulthood unless, of course, you find yourself an expert in business or a mentor. It is important to have someone who can make you accountable. Of course, you could perform this task yourself however if you would like someone to hold you accountable, then you should hire someone. There is no way you could escape the responsibility of doing this.

It’s vital to start thinking about the coming 10 years. What do the scorecards look like? How will you assess yourself every year? Consider “where do I hope to be by the end of 2021? What would make me happy? Have I achieved the X, Y, or Z?

If you fail to achieve that then, you’ll have to do it again and consider “am I ok with repeating the same thing year in year out?” There is no person who would be content with this. I’ve spoken to many adults that I could copy this year’s photos and then the remainder in their life. Why? because they don’t establish goals. They don’t stop to think about what’s in store for me? They also don’t get a degree. The most efficient method of grading is to know more. The difference between where you’re at today and where you’d like to be is knowing. Knowing can give you the confidence to take on tasks that are out of your familiar zone.

The only way to improve your knowledge is to gain experience. If you don’t try some new ideas a go it isn’t possible to gain knowledge through your failures. Don’t be afraid of making mistakes. One of the most effective ways to be successful is by learning how to avoid making mistakes. Do yourself a favor and do not do it again each year, and work on your own graduation certificates by the time 2021 comes around and beyond. I’m certain you’ll enjoy more success!

Although originally touted as a business mechanism to encourage self-employment for minorities, franchising has not lived up to initial expectations. While minority ownership in franchising in the USA has shown considerable growth over the last two decades. This has not been the case for Indigenous Australians. Indigenous business ownership in franchising remains low. Even though a majority of franchisors are willing to recruit Indigenous employees and franchisees. This chapter aims to open a dialogue on the relative merits of utilizing. A transitional self-employment pathway for Indigenous Australians through franchising. We argue that such a hybridized approach may ameliorate systemic disadvantages that many Indigenous Australians face when considering entering the small businesses. Data was gathered from a series of interviews with Indigenous business owners, franchise (third-party) advisors, Indigenous government agency representatives, franchisors, and franchising educators. Our results highlight the pressing need to better address areas of disadvantage that have been raised in prior Indigenous Entrepreneurship and small business studies. Overall, our GROWTH-pathway approach and recommended courses of action, answer calls to encourage private sector involvement in Indigenous employment, so as to repair economic and social damage caused by the introduction of a Western enterprising culture.

Consequently, this relationship is represented in a Franchise Risk Ecology (FRE) comprising risks inherent in the market, the franchisor, the system, the industry, and within the franchise-operated business.
