- To do this asana, first of all, lay a yoga mat on a clean floor and sit with both your feet in front of it.
- To do this asana, you can also sit in the posture of Dandasana.
- Then spread both the legs away from each other.
- Keep your spine straight and keep both hands straight on the floor.
- Now raise both the hands up and straighten them towards the front of your mouth.
- Make a fist by interlocking the fingers of both the hands.
- Now taking the breath inwards, bring the upper part of your body forward and move both the hands towards the right leg.
- Now while exhaling, bring both the hands backwards from the side of the left leg.
- After doing this action for some time, do it again in the opposite direction.
