Phase2: Export Outlook profile (Office 365) data into PST file
- Open Outlook with the Office 365 profile and go to the File tab.
- Next, select the Open & Export option and click on the Import/Export option.
- Following will be Import and Export wizard; choose the Import from another program or file option.
- Choose Outlook Data File (.pst) option and click Next in the following wizard.
- Now browse the PST file you want to import and select a radio button for duplicates as per your need. After that, click on the Next button.
- Now it will ask you to select folders from PST files that you want to import into your Outlook profile (Office 365). You can also select the complete PST file.
By pursuing these steps, you can easily import PST files into Office 365 mailboxes, but as I said, it’s not a reliable solution for MNCs and individuals with multiple PST files. The reason behind it is simple you have to repeat the same process, and also, this utility has a few drawbacks and risks of data alteration.
